We have a variety of pricing available. We offer by the job and by the hour cleanings. If you are using a coupon of any kind please mention when you book your appointment.

Have things picked up. Our cleaning crews are in your home to clean. If they have to spend time picking up your belongings such as clothing and toys it takes away from the time that could be spent cleaning.

You can expect a crew member. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. The only thing we use from our customers is a trash bag to replace in your can and to gather trash trough out your home. We like to start upstairs and work our way down.

We supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless you request us to use yours. If you have products you want us to use please mention this in the beginning of your service request.

Yes if your cleaning is not right we will make it right. If you are home when the cleaners are finished they will normally ask you to take a look around. That away you we know you are satisfied with our work.

Yes we do all of the above. We do charge extra for these items. And need to know about them when scheduling a cleaning. To allow the extra time that is needed.

When booking a service call. We can usually get you in within 48 hours. If you should happen to book a time and it is not available I will be in touch with you asap to work out a good time for you.

Kitchen: Start with a clean sink, outside of cabinets, countertops, outside of appliances inside microwave, floors, trash emptied. Bathrooms: Scrubbed, rinsed and dried. Tubs, toilets, sinks, trash emptied, baseboards. The other rooms in the home dusted and glass table tops and mirrors cleaned, trash emptied, floors swept, mopped, vacuumed. Inside of window sill dusted in each room, Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted if they can be reached.

Windows, I have a crew who does just windows. We schedule this seperately. Blinds, Inside of the Oven, Inside of the refrigerator, Washing Wood Work. We need to know ahead of time to schedule the appropriate time and charge the appropriate charge.

These are just some examples: If the home has not been cleaned in awhile it is going to take longer. So keep this in mind. A Studio Apartment 500 to 1000 sq ft about 1.5 hours A 1 bedroom around 1000 sq ft stownhouse about 1.5 to 2.0 hours A home around 1500 sq ft 2.5 to 3 hours A 3 bedroom home around 2000 sq ft around 3 hours If it is a deep cleaning it will take a little longer

If you are using a gift certificate or coupon please mention what you have when booking online. If it a 4 man hour clean, or a 2 man hour clean, or a gift certificate for a certain amount of money or time.
